Return & Warranty
We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you had received it in, which means, it must not have been used and must be in its original packaging, along with its various accessories. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.
To be able to return your item, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we shall send you a return validation, along with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Defective product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can analyze the issue. Please include your name, order number and make sure you attach photos and/or video of the defective, damaged or incorrect item so that we can carry out an exchange. If you received a damaged item, you are entitled to an exchange.
2.1 Exchange (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get a new product is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, carry out a separate purchase for the new item.
2.2 Refund (if applicable)
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund has been approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. Only non-discounted items can be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.
3. Lifetime warranty
izybaby guarantees its products for a life-span of 2 years after the original date of purchase against defects in workmanship or materials, resulting from normal use of the device. The izybaby lifetime warranty takes over from the 2-year legal warranty and starts at the end of the 2-year legal warranty. The warranty covers parts that affect the device’s operation. It does NOT cover normal product wear and tear, including battery, cosmetic deterioration, or damage caused by accident, dropping, misuse, or neglect. The warranty also includes breakage, loss, theft or any alteration related to an external event. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) nulls the warranty.
During the warranty period, if you discover a defect and inform izybaby at email@example.com, we will replace the product free of charge, at our discretion. Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence. To validate your warranty, please keep the original of your purchase invoice. Replacement products subject to a warranty claim are eligible for renewal of the lifetime warranty.
To claim your guarantee, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, your original purchase invoice, your order number and ensure that you attach photos and/or videos of the defective item so that we can process an exchange.
In order to return your product, you must send it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to ByUs SARL, 12 Rue du Chateau d'Eau, 3364 Leudelange, Luxembourg
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs while returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for exchanging your product, may vary depending on your place of residence. If you are shipping any of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
